NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
We operate from 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday through Friday. We will process your order as soon as possible within these hours. Orders received on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. All freight times and prices are subject to processing time and product availability. Freight times are not guaranteed.
TEA-SER TUBES & BAGS
We offer a $8 flat rate across New Zealand for all of our products under 3kg in weight. This includes individual tea-ser tubes, bags of tea and boxed sets. Any orders over 3kg will incur an additional $5 for nationwide deliveries including South Island and rural addresses. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery nationwide.
WOODEN GIFT BOXES
Wooden gift boxes and orders over 3kg are sent via a tracked courier service for a rate of $16 nationwide. There is no additional surcharge for deliveries to rural addresses. Once the courier has collected your order from Teaology, you'll be emailed a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your parcel. All orders are sent requiring a signature on delivery. If you are not at home a card to call will be left in the letterbox. We will always advise if there is an expected delay. Please allow 2 working days for delivery within all major cities within the North Island and up to 3 days for South Island and rural South Island addresses.

The above rates exclude orders over 25kg. We want to provide the best possible rates and therefore would prefer you to contact us directly via phone or email:
